My name is Lois Thomas. I have a shop in TX where we make all of our items by hand. I have been passionately making quilts and other sewn pieces of art for friends and family for many years and decided to go live as a business in 2019. I have had several different sewing machines in the past but this year we decided to take a leap and bought a Brother Dream Machine 2 which is one of the best sewing/quilting machines on the market. The machine is CNC controlled and produces the finest, most consistent and long lasting stitches available. To ensure the highest quality products , I still hand stitch certain aspects of my work. This sewing business has been a dream of mine for many years and I am attentive, hard working, detail oriented and available for it now that my kids are in school and because of the unfaltering support of my husband, family and friends. It is absolutely my goal to grow this business into something that is profitable , producing extremely high quality quilts and other items/ custom items that last for many years. With my machines in place , my shop is set up specifically for the art of sewing and quilting. I can do custom work upon request and have 15+ years of experience in designing, cutting material, hand quilting, hand bound sewn items, CNC machine sewn items and customizing and making quilts and embroidery.
